摘要
选用抗病品种是防治马铃薯早疫病最经济有效的措施,为评价马铃薯品种对早疫病的抗性水平,利用NAA处理后的马铃薯离体叶片,在室内对国内的23个马铃薯品种早疫病抗性水平进行鉴定。通过测量病斑直径及发病程度进行综合评价分析,最终筛选出免疫品种6个、高抗品种1个、抗病品种6个、感病品种和高感品种各5个,为各品种的应用推广提供了可靠的理论依据。
Selecting disease-resistant potato cultivars is an economical and effective way to prevent and control potato early blight.23 cultivars obtained from several potato breeding institutes were tested by NAA-treated detached leaf assay and measured lesion diameter sizes and disease severity to make statistical analysis.The results showed that there were 6 immune cultivars,1 highly resistant cultivar,6 resistant cultivars,5 susceptible and 5 highly susceptible cultivars,respectively.It will provide valuable reference for extending potato cultivars in field.
