Reinsurance is that the insurers partially transfer the insurance business underwritten by them to another insurer in the form of underwriting.Networking and informatisation management of the reinsurance business satisfy the business management requirements for mod-ern reinsurance to a great extent and promote the management developments of reinsurance company.The paper briefly introduces the back-ground of the demand in reinsurance information management system for individual insurance.The overall design of the system is described. With regard to the overall implementation of the system,the software development platform,the requirement analysis of related equipment per-formance and capacity and the risk assessment model of the reinsurance business are expounded in detail.Finally,the paper gives the estima-tion on the related equipment performance and capacity.
