针刺十三鬼穴与头针对康复期精神分裂症患者的疗效观察 被引量:11

摘要 目的:观察针灸对康复期精神分裂症患者的疗效。方法:采用针刺十三鬼穴和头皮针治疗南市街社区管理40例康复期精神分裂症患者,并对治疗前后患者生存质量、健康状况进行对比分析。结果:经功能状态量表(coop/wonca)检测,病情总好转率为75%,病情稳定率为20%,病情恶化率为5%,患者治疗前后生存质量有显著改善(P<0.01),有统计学意义。结论:针刺十三鬼穴和头针治疗治疗能显著提高精神病患者的健康状况和生存质量。 Objective:Effect of intervention on mental patients in the community of non drug therapy。Methods:Acupuncture 13 ghost-points and scalp acupuncture on South Street community management of 40 cases of patients with schizophrenia in rehabilitation period before and after the treatment, patients' quality of life, health is analyzed.Results:The functional status scale(coop/wonca)detection, improvement rate was 75%, the stable rate is 20%, deterioration rate was 5%, the survival quality of patients before and after treatment were significantly improved(P0.01),there was statistical significance.Conclusion:The thirteen ghost acupoints acupuncture and scalp acupuncture therapy can significantly improve mental ill health conditions and quality of life.
