摘要
目的 :建立外置立体定向治疗系统医用加速器性能与防护检测方法。方法:参照GBZ 126—2011、GB/T 19046—2003以及自有的检测设备,对医用加速器相关性能和防护指标进行检测;用交叉刻度的方法,采用待测的医用加速器辐射源,以在计量部门检定后的0.65 cm3电离室测量系统作为量值传递媒介,对针尖式电离室进行刻度,从而实现对立体定向放射治疗计划剂量与实测剂量的偏差指标的检测。结果:所采用的方法可以实现相关指标的检测,检测结果符合有关标准要求。结论:该研究所采用的外置立体定向治疗系统医用加速器性能与防护检测方法,可以作为对此类装备进行状态或稳定性检测的参考。
Objective To set up a method for testing the performance and radiation protection of the medical linear accelerator of the external stereotactic radiotherapy device. Methods With the owned apparatuses, the performances and radiation protection indexes of the accelerator were detected according to GBZ 126 —2011 and GB/T 19046—2003. The difference between the measured dose value and planned dose value was detected by measuring the point dose using pinpoint detector which was cross-calibrated with 0.65 cc detector as dose delivery medium. Results The method established could be used to test the index concerned, and all the test results lied within the limit required by technique standard.Conclusion The established method is feasible and can be used in status test and stability test.
