农户农地经营权流转及其行为效果分析——基于2003-2009年10省区835个农户的面板数据

The Analysis of Farmer Rural Land Management Rights Transfer and Its Behavior Effect:Based on 835 Farmer Panel Data of Ten Provinces of China in 2003-2009

使用2003—2009年间中国10个省区835个样本农户跟踪调研数据,在充分考虑个体"异质性"的影响条件下,通过构建具有关联系数的随机效应面板Biprobit模型,识别出影响农户农地流转的主要因素;运用面板多重内生性处理效应模型,估计出农户农地流转对其农业经营投资、生活消费支出和家庭纯收入的影响效果,有效解决了以往文献中所忽略的内生选择性问题和遗漏问题。研究结果表明:户主的年龄、上年实际经营农地面积等因素显著影响农地流转行为;农地流转行为对转包入和转包出农户农业经营投资、生活消费支出和家庭纯收入都产生显著影响,转包入农地使其分别增长了6.49%、-5.15%、7.68%,而转包出农地使其分别增长了-7.27%、9.34%、10.85%。

T his paper used tracking survey data of 835 sample households about ten provinces of the country in 2003-2009 ,in the condition of fully considering the influence of individual ＆quot;heterogeneity＆quot;,by constructing the panel Biprobit model with correlated random effects , it identified the main factors affecting the farmers rural land transfer ;Using panel multiple endogenous treatment effect model , it estimated the farmers rural land transfer effects on agricultural management investment ,life consumption expenditure and family net income ,it solved the neglected endogenous selective problems and omissions in the literature .The results effectively showed that householder age ,the actual operation land area last year and other factors significantly affect the rural land transfer behavior ;And rural land transfer behavior significantly impact on subcontract into and subcontract out farmers agricultural management investment , life consumption expenditure and family net income ,subcontract into rural land respectively make them increase by 6 .49% 、-5 .15% and 7 .68% ;w hile subcontract out rural land respectively make them increase by -7 .27% 、9 .34% and 10 .85% .
