摘要 国外饲料行业普遍实施HACCP管理体系并实现法制化,国内农业部已将推行HACCP管理体系作为与国际接轨,提高饲料行业国际竞争力的战略性措施。饲料添加剂有机微量元素安全是饲料安全中不可或缺的组成部分,在饲料添加剂有机微量元素生产企业推行HACCP管理体系势在必行,而至今尚未见专门的相关报道,文章首次针对HACCP管理体系在饲料添加剂有机微量元素生产企业应用进行初步的探讨,为饲料添加剂有机微量元素生产企业充分理解HACCP管理体系的理念和实施HACCP管理体系的必要性,有效的进行相关培训,并灵活应用实施HACCP管理体系,提供了理论依据,具有重要的指导意义和参考价值。 The implementation of HACCP management system in feed industry is very popular all over the world. It is another strategy for Ministry of Agriculture to pursue the implementation of HACCP management system to strengthen the international competitiveness of feed industry.The safety of the organic trace elements feed additive is an integral part of the safety of feed.The application of HACCP system in organic trace elements feed additive manufacturers is imperative . But so far there is no special reports, the preliminary study on the application of HACCP system in organic trace elements feed additive manufacturers is done in this paper for the first time. It can be helpful to fully understand the concept of HACCP management system and the necessity of implementing HACCP management system, as well as effectively carry out relevant training, and flexible application of the implementation of HACCP management system. This paper is significant and valuable for further stud- ies on the application of HACCP management system in organic trace elements feed additive manufacturers.
