摘要 蛋氨酸(methionine,Met)是动物生长所需氨基酸中唯一含硫必需氨基酸,作为动物体内甲基的主要供体,在一碳代谢途径中伴有重要作用。Met及其螯合物可通对基因表达的影响,对代谢、生长发育以及细胞分化发挥重要的调控作用。文章综述Met及其螯合物对动物乳腺、肝脏、肌肉、胚胎等组织基因表达的调控。 Methionine(Met) is the only essential sulfur-containing amino acid for the growth of animals. As the primary donor of methyl in animals, it plays an important role in the one-carbon metabolism pathway. Met and its chelate have a crucial regulatory, effect on the metabolism, growth and cell differentiation by its impact on gene expression. This article reviews the regulation of methionine and its chelate to the gene expression of tissue in animals, such as breast, liver, muscle, embryo and so on.
