摘要
为了实现低浓度瓦斯与其他气体之间的最佳混合,使气体能够充分燃烧,达到无害化处理的目的,研究开发了动态瓦斯混气装置。介绍了该装置的设计运行原理,并针对动态瓦斯混气装置特性,建立了有限元模型,对其流体力学性能进行仿真模拟。仿真结果表明,该混气装置结构简单,阻力较小,是一种高效的瓦斯气体混气装置。
A dynamic gas mixing device was develoPed in order to realize the oPtimum mixing of the low-concentration gas with other gases,make the gas to be able to fully burn and achieve the harmless treatment objective. In this PaPer the design and oPeration PrinciPle of this device was described,a finite element model was established according to the characteristics of the dynamic gas mixing device,and simulation was made on its fluid mechanics Performance. The simulated results showed that this gas mixing device has simPle structure and low resistance,and it is a high efficient gas mixing device.
