易燃综放工作面低速推进防火技术研究与应用

摘要 千秋煤矿开采容易自燃煤层,矿井冲击地压灾害严重。为降低采动影响,消除冲击地压威胁,21141综放工作面长期低速推进,工作面采空区自然发火危险性加大。为此,提出基于火灾预警、堵漏风、煤体阻化降温、胶体充填、采空区惰化等立体化综合防火技术体系,并进行了成功应用。现场应用效果表明,在低速推进的14个月内,工作面风流中、上隅角及回风流中均未出现CO气体浓度超标现象,该技术能够高效预防低速推进综放工作面煤自燃灾害的发生。 Inflammable coal seams are mined in Qianqiu Coal Mine and serious rock bursts often occur. In order to reduce the mining influence and eliminate the threat of rock burst,21141 fully mechanized toP-caving face was extracted at a low advance sPeed in a long Period of time,the result was that the risk of coal sPontaneous combustion in the gob of the face increased. For this reason,a three-dimensional comPrehensive fire Prevention and control technology was Put forward,which was based on fire Pre-warning,blocking against air leakage,cooling coal body with retarder,gel fill,filling inert gas into the gob and so on,and this technology has been successfully aPPlied. The site aPPlication effect showed that disallowed CO concentration did not aPPear in the air current of the face,at the uPPer corner angle and in the return-air current while the working face was advanced at a low advance sPeed for 14 months,this technology can effectively Prevent from coal sPontaneous combustion in the fully mechanized toP-caving face at a low advance sPeed. .
