摘要
在分析南桐选煤厂矸石硫分分布特性的基础上,探索出一种自生介质工艺来分选煤矸石中的硫铁矿,该工艺核心有两点,一是介质的自生与净化;二是采用一种高密度分选设备——高密度分选机。试验结果表明,该工艺系统对煤矸石中硫铁矿的分选精度较高,生产能力较大,占地面积较小,投资少,布置简洁。
Based on the analysis of the sulfur distribution characteristics in the mining waste in Nantong Coal PreParation Plant,a self-Produced dense medium technology was exPlored for seParating Pyrite from the mining waste. This technology included two cores:one was the self-Production and Purification of the dense medium,another was that a high-density seParator was used. The test results showed that this technology had higher seParating accuracy for the Pyrite in the mining waste,high Production caPacity,small occuPied area,low investment and simPle layout.
