藏秘降糖灵对糖尿病的临床疗效观察

The clinical curative effect observation of tibetan prescription jiagtaug ling on diabetes

目的:观察藏秘降糖灵丸(A)与八味甘露散(B)对糖尿病的疗效。方法:A药治疗2型糖尿病79例对糖尿病疗效进行观察,并随机抽取2型糖尿病30例进行B药对照。结果:对两组患者1月、6月、12月的血糖、尿糖、临床表现进行比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在两种藏药治疗糖尿病临床观察中,A药在尿糖转阴及控制血糖、改善临床症状方面均表现突出。

objective：To observe the curative effect of diabetes with Tibetan prescription jiangtang ling capsule （A） and Baweiganlu powder （B）. Methods ：79 cases of type 2 diabetes mellitus are observed the curative effect of diabetes with drug A treatment, and 30 cases of type 2 diabetes with drug B were drawn randomly to contrast at the same time. Results：Comparing the two groups , there were markedly difference （ P 〈 0.05） about blood sugar, urine sugar, clinical manifestation in one month , six months and twelve months . Conclusions： At the clinical observation of the treatment of diabetes with both medicines, drug A has outstanding performance in turning the urine sugar, controlling the blood sugar, and improving the clinical symptoms.
