摘要
对鞍钢股份有限公司无缝钢管厂φ177机组穿孔机原导向套锁紧系统存在的设计与使用缺陷进行了分析,并提出具体改进方案,取消原螺栓连接及压盖紧固方式,采用液压缸带动曲拐锁紧导向套方式,实施后取得了良好效果。
The design defects and operating defects of the locking system for the old guiding sleeve of the piercing mill of the 177 mill train in Seamless Pipeline Plant of Angang Steel Co., Ltd. are analyzed and the concrete improvement plan is proposed. Good results are obtained after the locking system operates by using the hydraulic cylinder driving bend to lock the guiding sleeve instead of the old operating mode by means of bolt fastening and gland fastening.
