提高罩式炉炉台循环电机寿命实践

Practice of Improving Service Life of Circulating Electro-motor Used by Batch Annealing Furnace Base

鞍钢股份有限公司冷轧厂罩式炉循环电机国产化后,出现了电机振动值超标、主轴弯曲,甚至电机烧损等严重问题,针对这些问题的原因进行了分析,并提出了具体改进措施。实践表明,主轴振动基本消失,电机寿命大幅度提高。

Some serious problems that the vibration value of an electro-motor is out of the specifications, the main axis of the electro-motor is bent and even the electro-motor is burnt arose after the nationalization of circulating electro-motors used by the annealing furnace of Cold Rolled Strip Steel Mill of Angang Steel Co., Ltd., and then the causes leading to the above problems are analyzed, and the concrete countermeasures are proposed. The production practice shows that the vibration of main axis is eliminated in general and the service life of the electromotor is greatly improved.
