摘要
为了解决传统树枝粉碎机在粉碎作业中噪音大、能耗高、适应性不广等问题,研制了一种低噪音树枝粉碎机。从理论上分析了该树枝粉碎机刀具在切削过程中所需的最大切削力,并以此为依据设计了该粉碎机的传动零部件以及驱动系统。对样机进行了台架试验,结果表明:该树枝粉碎机能够粉碎最大直径达80 mm的树枝;在满负荷工作时处理树枝的能力不低于800 kg/h;工作时的最大噪音在80 d B以下;在粉碎过程中所需的切削力和功率与理论计算值基本一致。
In order to solve the problems of traditional branch crusher in shattering work , such as large noise , high energy con-sumption , not wide adaptability and so on , the author developed a kind of low -noise branch crusher .The needed maximum cutting force of cutters of this branch crusher in cutting process was theoretically analyzed .Based on this, the transmission and driving sys-tem of this branch crusher were designed .The bench test for the prototype of this branch crusher was carried out .The experimental results showed that the crusher could crush branch with the maximum diameter around 80 mm.The branch crushing capacity was no less than 800 kg/h in full-load work, and the maximum noise in the work was below 80 dB.The cutting force and power needed during crushing operation were basically consistent with the theoretical calculating values .
