摘要
利用传统DEA模型和超效率DEA模型,对我国31个省(市)2012年农村水利项目建设的效率进行了分析。研究结果表明:我国农村水利项目建设的投入产出效率总体上较低,且具有明显的地区性差异;大部分地区农村水利项目建设的规模效益表现为无效;我国农村水利项目建设的超效率均值表现为东部地区最高,西部地区次之,而中部地区最低。
Using traditional DEA model and super -efficient DEA model , we evaluated the efficiencies of rural water conser-vancy project construction in 31 provinces (municipalities) of China in 2012.The results showed that the input -output efficiencies of rural water conservancy project construction in China were relatively low in general , and had obvious regional differences .The scale efficiencies of rural water conservancy project construction in most areas were invalid .The mean super efficiency of rural water conservancy project construction in different areas of China revealed the following order :eastern area〉western area〉central area .
