城郊失地农民非农就业现状及其意愿的实证分析

Current Situation and Intention of Non-agricultural Employment of Suburban Land-lost Farmers:An Empirical Analysis

在南昌市和赣州市城郊失地农民非农就业专题调研的基础上,利用183份有效问卷,对城郊失地农民的非农就业意愿进行了实证分析,研究表明:失地农民接受技能培训的意愿比较强,对希望政府帮扶政策的意愿呈多样化,其中"集中安排岗位"是最主要的意愿。提出了促进失地农民非农就业的对策建议:加大对失地农民的职业技能培训;开发失地农民非农就业的岗位;多样化安排失地农民就业,鼓励失地农民自主创业。

Based on the special investigations on the non -agricultural employment of suburban land -lost farmers in Nanchang city and Ganzhou city , the author used 183 valid questionnaires to empirically analyze the intention of non -agricultural employment of suburban land-lost farmers.The results indicated that the land -lost farmers had a stronger intention of accepting skill training , as well as diversified willingness of hoping the government ’ s supporting policy , and“setting up their post together” was the leading intention.Finally, this paper put forward the following countermeasures and suggestions for promoting the non -agricultural employ-ment of suburban land -lost farmers：increasing the vocational skill training of land -lost farmers;developing the non -agricultural employment post of land -lost farmers; diversely arranging the non -agricultural employment for land -lost farmers; encouraging landless farmer＇s self-employment .
