艰苦奋斗、勤俭节约是中华民族的传统美德,是中国共产党的优良作风,厉行节约反对浪费的提出,显示党中央整顿奢靡遏制浪费的决心。随着国家对农业的投入日益加大,国家给予的财政拨款与日俱增,农业科研事业单位落实厉行节约反对浪费任重道远。文章指出并分析农业科研事业单位科研经费管理中存在的问题,并针对问题给出了厉行节约的建议。

Hard work and thrift are the Chinese traditional virtues, and our Party＇s fine style of work. The CPC central committee puts forward the practice economy and combat waste, shows its resolve to rectify luxury and curb waste. As our country increasing the investment in agriculture, funding income is growing for agricultural scientific research institutions, but there＇s still a long way to implement the practice economy and combat waste. The problems in management of scientific research funds of agricultural scientific research institutions are analyzed. And in view of the problems,suggestions on practicing economy are put forward.
