摘要
码头新旧结构如何联合承载是港口码头工程升级改扩建工作中的难点.以浙江沿海某板桩码头升级改造工程为例,通过环氧树脂种植钢筋的施工方案,对Ⅲ段码头新旧承台连接力进行了试验.同时为分析其加固改造效果、评价码头结构的安全现状,采用ABAQUS三维有限元软件,建立了Ⅲ段码头结构的三维静力数值分析模型.经计算,其植筋部位抗拔力能够抵抗结合面处的拉力,新旧结构连接部位结构安全稳定,表明采用植筋连接的增大截面法的加固方式对加固构件的损伤程度较小,且操作简单、可靠度高.
How to evaluate joint-bearing capacity between the new and the old wharf structures is very difficulty in the port engineering reconstruction upgrades. A sheet pile wharf upgraded coastal engineering in Zhejiang was exampled in this paper. Experimental study of the connecting capacity between the old and the new bearing platforms of the Ⅲ wharf was finished by the construction scheme of bonded rebar by using the epoxy resin. At the same time, three dimensional numerical simulation of the Ⅲ wharf structure was built by using the finite element software ABAQUS for analyzing the reinforcement effect and evaluating the security status of wharf structure. The results show that the bonded rebar area could resist the tensile forces of the interface, and the connection structure between the old and the new structures is security and stable. The reinforcement method of enlarging the cross section by using bonded rebar connection shows less damage on the strengthened beam, which has the advantage of simple operation and high reliability.
