高校转专业班级管理的难点和突破口

Difficulties and Breakthroughs of Administration of Students with Changed Majors

转专业制度近几年开始在高校盛行,由此而形成转专业班级。文章以厦门大学嘉庚学院为例,指出当前转专业班级管理存在的难点,并试着从思想引导、班级文化建设、宿舍整合、学风建设、辅导员自身建设等方面作为突破口,以期建设优秀的转专业班级,更好的帮助学生成长成才。

The system of changing major has come into being in the last few years , leading to classes with changed majors. Taking Tan Kah Kee College, Xiamen University as an example, this paper tried to reveal the difficulties in the administration of students with changed majors and find breakthroughs from the perspectives of thought guidance, construction of class culture, dormitory incorporation and promotion of learning atmosphere, self construction etc., so as to forge excellent classes of changed majors and help the growth of the students.
