摘要 介绍了我国硼矿资源现状及硼铁矿资源特点。在现有硼铁矿选矿分离技术的基础上,重点分析了高炉法、直接还原-电炉熔分法、深度还原-磁选分离法、烧结矿添加剂及一步法等工艺对含硼铁精矿的综合利用现状。针对以上含硼铁精矿硼铁分离工艺所存在的弊端,提出了采用煤基直接还原-磁选选冶联合流程处理含硼铁精矿的新思路,并对含硼铁精矿的开发利用作了一定的展望。 A brief overview of the status quo of boron resources and characteristics of the boron-bearing iron re- sources is introduced in this paper, which highlights the advantages and disadvantages of the blast furnace, direct re- duction-electric furnace melting, coal-based reduction-magnetic separation, sintering additives, one-step methods etc. Based on the existing beneficiation technology, the coal-based reduction-magnetic separation is introduced as a new treatment for the boron-bearing iron concentrate to overcome the drawbacks of the above separation process. The outlook of the comprehensive utilization of boron-bearing iron concentrate is also given.
