摘要
为了提高高炉渣的附加值和回收利用高炉熔渣显热,介绍了目前高炉渣处理的技术现状,并阐述了在处理过程中存在的弊端。依据岩棉成纤原理,提出了高炉渣调质制备用于管道保温材料的矿渣棉的技术构想,并采用高速喷吹手段验证了高炉渣成纤过程,得出酸度系数配制成Mk=1.2,风口压力为0.35MPa,出渣口温度控制在1350℃左右,所得纤维具有较好的理化性能。最后预测未来管道保温材料市场前景和发展新趋势。
In order to improve the adding value of blast furnace slag and recycling use of blast furnace slag sensible heat, the present processing technology situation of blast furnace slag were introduced, and some drawbacks in the process were expounded. According to the theory of rock wool fiber, the concept of quenched and tempered blast fur- nace slag for preparation slag wool pipe insulation materials was put forward, verifying the blast furnace slag fiber forming process using high speed injection method. It is concluded when the acidity coefficient is Mk = 1.2, and the outlet pressure is 0. 35 MPa,the slag outlet temperature is 1350℃ ,the fiber has better physical and chemical prop- erties. Finally, the future market prospect and development new trend of the pipeline insulation materials are predic- ted.
