固相萃取-气相色谱法测定海水中有机磷农药毒死蜱

Determination of Organophosphorus Pesticide Chlorpyrifos in Sea Water by Solid-phase Extraction and Gas Chromatography

建立了固相萃取气相色谱测定海水中毒死蜱的方法。海水中毒死蜱经全自动固相萃取，二氯甲烷洗脱后，用气相色谱火焰光度检测法测定，外标法定量。该方法线性范围为0．02-2ug／ml，r为0．9993，样品平均加标回收率在101％-114％之间。对毒死蜱的检出限可以得到0．00851ug／L，最低检测浓度为0．034ug/L。重复测定结果的相对标准偏差1．52％～6．21％（n=3）。方法准确度高，重现性好，操作简单，可用于海水中痕量有机磷农药毒死蜱的检测。

An analytical method for determination of chlorpyrifos in sea-water by automatic solid- phase extraction （SPE） and gas chromatography （GC） with nitrogenphosphorus detector is developed. Quantitative analysis was done by external standard curve. The linear range of the method is 0.25-4.0 mg/ L , the correlation coefficient was 0.9993 and the recovery rate of pesticide was between 101%- 114% for seawater. The relative standard deviation （RSD） is less than 6.21%o The detection limits of method is 0.00851ug/L and quantification limit is 0.034ug/Lo The method is simple,sensitive,accurate and reproducible and it is suitable for determination of tracing chlorpyrifos in seawater.
