摘要
圆沙泵闸位于上海市长兴岛东端,紧邻横沙通道,其主要功能是排涝,本文介绍了圆沙泵闸在工程布置和结构设计上的主要特点。在工程平面布置上,圆沙泵闸采用与大堤成70°角的斜交布置方式,使得泵闸的进、出水水流更加顺畅,以减少对横沙通道的影响。在泵闸主体结构设计上,充分考虑上海软土地基的特点,采用整体式底板和复合地基的处理方式,有效避免泵闸的不均匀沉降。在水泵的选型上,以安全可靠为前提,优先选用干式电机。
Yuan Sha pump works is located in the east end of Changxing Island, Shanghai City, adjacent to the Hengsha passage, its main function is drainage. This paper introduces the main characteristics of Yuan Sha pump works in the engineering layout and its structure design. In the projectlayout, Yuan Sha pump works adopt oblique arrangement at an angle of 70° to levee, to make the inlet and, outlet flow more smoothly, and minimize the impact on the Hengsha passage. In the pump body structure design, the characteristics of Shanghai soft soil foundation, is fully considered the whole base plate and composite foundation treatment is usd, it effectively avoid the uneven settlement of pump and sluice. In the selection of pumps, for the safety and reliability, dry motor is preferred.
