崇明海洋事业发展的若干思考

Thoughts On The Development Of Chongming Marine Enterprise

党的十八大提出"提高海洋资源开发能力,发展海洋经济,保护海洋生态环境,坚决维护国家海洋权益,建设海洋强国"的战略部署,对海洋事业发展具有深远的战略意义和重要的指导意义。在上海市海洋主管部门、各有关单位的大力支持下,崇明县海洋经济持续稳步发展,海洋综合管理能力日益增强,海洋事业取得一定进展。本文从崇明海洋事业的现实状况出发,提出若干海洋事业发展的思考建议。

The eighteenth National Congress of the CPC put forward the strategic plan ＂to improve the development of marine resources, to develop marine economy, to protect the marine ecological environment, and to safeguard the national marine rights and interests resolutely, to build marine power＂, which has profound strategic significance and important guiding significance to the development of the marine enterprise. Under the strong support of Shanghai marine department and all related institutions, the marine economy of Chongming County has been developed sustainably and steadily and the comprehensive marine management has been enhanced gradually, hence marine enterprise has made some progress. This paper will put forward some thoughts and suggestions for the development of marine enterprise from the reality of Chongming.
