摘要
采用正相硅胶柱层析法对N-羧苄基吲哚方酸菁染料进行分离研究,考察了层析用吸附剂的种类和展开剂的组成配比对分离效果的影响。通过核磁共振谱对分离所得N-羧苄基吲哚方酸菁染料进行定性分析,得到分离效果最佳的条件为:200-300目层析用(FCP)硅胶为吸附剂,展开剂为V正丙醇∶V水=4∶1的混合溶剂,流速为2-3d/s,进样量1-2mL。
Separation on N-Carboxy benzyl indole dye was carried out using chromatography.The influence on classes of adsorbents,component and ratio of influence on the separation were investigated.Qualitative analysis of N-Carboxy benzyl indole dye was studied by H1 NMR.The results indicated that the best conditions for separation was 200 to 300mesh chromatography(FCP)silica gel as adsorbent,the ratio of eluent was volume of N-propanol:volume of water equals 4∶1,flow rate in the range of 2to3drops/s and injection volume was 1-2mL.
