Leading Cadres to Set up the Legal Thinking,Improve Enterprise Ruling Ability According to the Law

党的十八届四中全会通过的《中共中央关于全面推进依法治国若干重大问题的决定》明确提出要提高党员干部特别是领导干部的法治思维和依法办事能力。这是在新的历史条件下对党员干部素质能力提出的新要求,是全面推进依法治国,建设社会主义法治国家的关键所在,更是依法治企、依法决策、从严管理、规范经营的迫切要求。

The party＇s eighteen sessions of fourth plenary session through the＂CPC Central Committee on the comprehen-sive promotion of certain major issue decision＂clearly put forward the rule of law to improve the party members and cadres, especially leading cadres,the rule of law thinking and ability to act in accordance with the law.This is a new requirement for the Party member cadre quality ability in the new historical conditions,is to comprehensively promote the rule of law,the key to building a socialist country ruled by law,is the administration of enterprises,according to the law,strict management and standardize the decision-making urgent requirement management.
