Thinking highly of learning and enhancing learning continuously is an important experience to promote the devel-opment of the cause of the party and the people.Learning is an important prerequisite for the creation of the Communist Party of China,the basic link to maintain the advancement,an inherent requirement to enhance the ability of the Chinese Communist Party and the only way to develop the intellectual resources of the Communist Party of China.For this reason,we should pro-mote construction of Marxist learning party actively.
