Leading Cadres Should Hold Firm Ideal Faith and Enhance the Moral Character

理想信念是共产党人的精神支柱、政治灵魂,道德品行是一个人为人处事的根本。领导干部要坚定理想信念和提升道德品行,就必须对理想信念和道德品行有正确的认识;必须意识到坚定理想信念、提升道德品行尤为必要重要,具有积极深远的意义;必须清醒明白坚定理想信念和提升道德品行是当好干部的首要标准,是改变干部不良现状的迫切需要,是干部助力实现中国梦的客观要求;必须坚持学习马克思主义理论、坚定"三个自信"、坚守"三严三实"和践行社会主义核心价值观。

Ideal,belief and moral character are all important qualities of CPC members.To hold firm ideal faith and en-hance the moral conduct,leading cadres must understand the ideal faith and morals correctly,be aware of the importance and the positive profound significance.They also need to know clearly it＇s the top priority to be good leaders,an urgent need to change the current adverse situation,and the obj ective requirement for them to make contributions to realize the China Dream.They must adhere to the study of Marx＇s theory,hold faith to the socialist path,theory and system,exercise self-cultivation,self-discipline,and carry out the socialist core values.
