CCL23在成人急性髓系白血病中的表达研究

CCL23 Expression in Adult Patients with Acute Myeloid Leukemia

目的探讨成人急性髓系白血病(AML)患者中CCL23表达与疾病的关系。方法收集67例成人骨髓标本(AML患者62例,正常人5例)和40例外周血血清标本(AML患者22例,正常人18例),分别采用实时定量PCR方法和ELISA法分析骨髓细胞中CCL23mRNA和外周血血清中CCL23蛋白的表达。结果成人AML患者骨髓CCL23mRNA和血清CCL23蛋白表达水平均显著高于正常人(均P<0.05),且CCL23mRNA表达与疾病进程变化有显著关联。结论成人AML中CCL23呈显著高表达,可作为AML患者临床特征性的观察指标之一。

Objective To investigate the relationship between CCL23 expression and acute myeloid leukemia（AML）in adult patients.Methods The expression of CCL23 mRNA in bone marrow cells from 62 AML patients and 5normal subjects was detected by real-time quantitative PCR.The expression of CCL23 protein in serum from 22 AML patients and 18 normal subjects was measured by ELISA.Results Compared with normal subjects,the expression of CCL23 mRNA and protein obviously increased in bone marrow cells and serum from adult AML patients,respectively（P〈0.05）.There was a significant correlation between CCL23 expression of and disease process.Conclusion Adult patients with AML have highly expressed CCL23,which may be used as a clinical indicator of AML.
