卡车门玻璃导轨成形工艺及模具设计

摘要 玻璃导轨是卡车驾驶室车门上必备的冲压件,由于其长度长刚性差,外形呈3D立体形状和断面为半封闭形状,给成形带来许多困难。本文根据其腹板面形状和翻边类型的不同,提出了两种工艺方案和联合安装模具结构,实践证明这种工艺方法最简捷,模具成本最低,是一种非常实用的方法。 The glass rail is the necessary stamping parts of the truck door, because of the rail was too long and bad rigidity,stereoscopic 3D and half closed of the horizontal section for the rail, so it make many difficult to forming. In this paper, according to the shape of nab plate surface difference and the type of flange different, we shall papoose two process schemes and combined with the installation of die structural, the application shows, the processing method is the most simple and the cost of the die is the most lowest too, so its practical and effect way for rail.
