摘要
介绍了塑件在必须使用内抽型芯成型,但内部空间较小,无法使用斜顶内抽的情况下所使用的一种抽芯结构:直顶内抽,并简述了与此结构配合使用的一种二次顶出机构。此结构实现了微型塑件内向抽芯动作的完成及塑件的顺利顶出,实现了生产中的自动化。
