根据塑件的结构,阐述了注射模上哈夫结构与斜滑块的抽芯结构的设计思路,对型腔上的斜孔加工定位作了详细的说明。对整套模具进行了全3D结构设计,细化了2D结构上的表达不足。通过模具的开模及生产验证,合理的完成了客户的要求。
According to the structure of plastic parts, the injection mold halt and slanted slide block core pulling structure design, the slant hole processing positioning the cavity is explained in detail.
