摘要
电动汽车玻璃升降器中的塑料斜齿轮是一种变位齿轮,同样其中的蜗轮和蜗杆也是变位蜗轮和变位蜗杆。对于这种变位性质的斜齿轮和蜗轮注射模的设计,除了模具型腔的参数应该是变位性质之外,还需要考虑塑料收缩率的影响。最为重要的是模具脱模机构的设计,需要考虑注塑件脱模运动能产生与相应斜齿轮齿一致的螺旋运动。众所周知,塑料斜齿轮和蜗轮的直径都较小,因此,其因模数和齿数少的特点而具有变位性质。如此,该文对塑料变位斜齿轮和变位蜗轮注射模的设计便具有一种指导性的作用。

As is known to all, the diameter of the plastic helical gear and worm gear are small, therefore, its modulus and the characteristics of few teeth is in the nature of displacement. So, in this paper, the plastic deformation of the design of the helical gear and worm gear injection mold deflection has a guiding role.
