摘要
按照国家标准GB/T 5009.37-2003中规定方法对食品中的羰基价含量进行测定,对涉及的玻璃器皿和仪器设备进行不确定度来源分析和评定.结果表明:本实验方法测量不确定度的主要来源为5个方面,按引入不确定度分量贡献大小排序,依次为5 m L移液管、25 m L容量瓶、分光光度计、重复性测定和天平.当食品中羰基价含量为9.71 meq/kg时,拓展不确定度为0.49 meq/kg(k=2).
The present study is to determine the carbonyl value of food according to GB/T 5009.37 – 2003.The causation of uncertainties and the source of the related chemical glassware and equipment were analyzed and evaluated.The main uncertainties were attributed to five sources,namely,5 m L pipet,25 m L volumetric flask,spectrophotometer,repetitive measurement and the balance in a decreasing order of uncertainty contribution.The expanded uncertainty was 0.49 meq/kg(k = 2) as the carbonyl value content of food was 9.71 meq/kg.
