In this paper, taking Xi＇an Aeronautical Polytechnic Institute as an example, mainly introduces die ＆ mold professional training mode, the training of talents is to reform several aspects of design,the curriculum system reform,teachers team construction, practice condition construction,obtain good teaching effect, improve the quality of teaching, to cultivate high- quality teehnieal talents.
