The development of the real estate market has brought vitality for Chinese economy, yet the rapid development of real estate market has also produced various difficult problems in Chinese economy. In order to solve various Chinese economic and social problems, we should try to stabilize the price of houses. The rise of houses may enlarge the gap between the rich and the poor through various ways such as：wealth distribution effect, credit and loan effect, and industrial substitution effect etc. So we should think up methods to stabilize the development of real estate market, and thus diminish the gap between the rich and the poor.
