摘要
分别采用碱催化法、酸催化法及种子法合成Eu3+掺杂SiO2微球.结果表明:种子法为合成Eu3+掺杂SiO2微球的最佳合成方法,所得产物为粒径均一(直径370~380nm)、单分散性和球形度均较好的微球;在紫外光激发下,微球表现出较强的Eu3+特征红光发射.
Three methods (base-catalyzed method,acid-catalyzed method and seed growth method) have been used to prepare SiO 2 ∶Eu^3 + microspheres.Meanwhile,optimal synthesis conditions of the SiO 2 ∶ Eu^3 + microspheres were obtained.The results indicate that the best method was the seed growth method, by which the average diameters of obtained particles are approximately 370—380 nm,and the final product has nice homogeneity,monodispersity and sphericity.The final SiO 2 ∶Eu^3 + microspheres showed a strong red emission under ultraviolet excitation.
