摘要
习近平同志在宁德工作期间,围绕落后地区如何摆脱贫困走向富裕发表了一批重要的文稿和谈话,提出了一系列科学的、富有前瞻性的战略思想,不仅具有独特的理论价值和当代意义,而且对于追溯党的十八大以来总书记的系列重要讲话精神的历史源头,具有重要的文献价值和积极的指导作用。
During the period of cadre Jinping Xi＇s governance over Ningde city, he delivered a lot of important paper, talking about how to eliminate the poverty in economical backward area and pro- posed some vital and prospectively strategic thought. Those thoughts are not only full of theoretical and practical value, but also good for the proposal of a series of visionary views and retrospect the source of Jinping Xi＇s remarks since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China.
