摘要
生态文明建设是建设"美丽中国"和实现中华民族永续发展的重要保证。把生态文明建设纳入国家治理体系,将有力促进其适应时代变化,推动生态治理的制度化、规范化、程序化,进一步完善生态治理体系,大大提升我国生态治理能力,实现生态治理现代化。
Ecological civilization construction is the significant guarantee of construction of ＂Beautiful China＂ and implementation of sustainable development of Chinese nation. Bringing the ecological civilization construction into national governance system will effectively promote its adaption to the change of time, promote institutionalization, standardization and routinization of ecological governance, improve the capacity of ecological governance of our country greatly and realize the modernization of ecological governance.
