大学校园文化氛围之行为体系的实证研究

The Empirical Research about Behavior System of the University Campus Cultural Atmosphere

通过深度访谈和问卷调查的方式对构成中国大学校园文化氛围之一的行为体系的社会功能及影响力进行社会学分析,结果显示,社团组织及其活动的社会功能较强,一般性本科大学毕业生对行为体系影响力缺乏认同感,校园传统习俗活动影响力甚微。因此,要充分发挥行为体系各要素的影响力,彰显校园文化氛围在人才培养中的重要作用。

In this article, I have attempted to use the university graduates who worked in Fuzhou as the study object with the in-depth interviews and questionnaires way. The results showed that the social function of the club activities is strong, the general undergraduate college students lack of behavior system influence of identity, and the campus tradition activity influence effect. Therefore, we should full use of the impact of various factors to behavior system of highlight the significant function of campus culture atmosphere in talent cuhivaiton.
