我院抗菌药物临床应用专项整治活动的实践与效果

The practice and effect of clinical application of antibiotics in our hospital of the special rectification activities

目的:探讨和分析抗菌药物临床应用专项整治活动的实践及效果,以促进抗菌药物的合理使用。方法:对门急诊及住院病历抗菌药物处方点评的点评制度、实践过程及效果评价进行介绍,并对进行抗菌药物处方点评前后的成效进行对比。结果:实施处方点评活动后,抗菌药物使用情况得到有效的改善,不合理使用抗菌药物的处方大大减少。结论:处方点评可有效改善抗菌药物的使用情况,促进了临床合理用药水平的提高。

Objective：To discuss and analyze the practice and effect of clinical application of antibiotics special rectification activities in peoples hospital of Ruijin, to promote the rational use of antimicrobial drugs. Methods：To carry out the comment system, practice process and effect assessment of outpatient and emergency department of hospital and hospital medical records of antibacterial comments. Results ： Application of prescription evaluation activities, use of antibacterial drugs in hospital was improved, irrational use of antibiotics prescription greatly was reduced. Conclusion ： Prescription can effectively improve the use of antimicrobial drugs,to promoterational the clinical level of drug.
