摘要 浮游植物是水生生态系统的初级生产者,研究浮游植物多样性指数对于水体评价及水质监测有重要意义。目前,已有大量浮游植物多样性、丰度、均匀度等方面的研究,但国内学者较少评价各多样性指数的优劣以及适宜性。对国内学者较常用的3种多样性指数(Shannon指数、Margalef指数、Pielou均匀度指数)进行探讨,并从其计算复杂性、分辨能力、样本大小、测定指标的侧重点这几个方面阐述了各指标的优先选择程度。生物多样性指标在水体评价领域存在的问题也进行了讨论。 Phytoplankton are the primary producers of aquatic ecosystem, and it is important to study the phytoplankon diversity indexes for water quality evaluation and monitoring. At present, many studies have reported the plant diversity, abundance and evenness of phytoplankton, but little information on the advantagement and suitability of diversity indexes was shown. Common diversity indexes, such as Shannon index, Margalef index(base 2 or e) and Pielou evenness index, were investigated. Priority selection level of every index was evaluated from computational complexity, resolution, sample size, emphasis of index determination. The problems of the diversity indexes in the field of water quality evaluation were discussed as well.
