达乌尔黄鼠血液指标的分析 被引量:1

摘要 冬眠动物在冬眠过程中多项生理指标发生改变,为探索冬眠准备期不同阶段及冬眠期达乌尔黄鼠血液指标变化特征,本实验在达乌尔黄鼠冬眠前不同阶段及冬眠期间取血,通过BECKMAN COULTER 750血液分析仪检测血液指标,结果显示:达乌尔黄鼠白细胞总数、淋巴细胞数和血小板数在冬眠前保持稳定,冬眠阶段下降;血小板压积在冬眠前的体重下降阶段达到最高值,在冬眠阶段达最低水平;红细胞和血红蛋白在不同阶段无差异。说明达乌尔黄鼠冬眠期的免疫反应受到抑制;血小板在冬眠期间减少,以免发生血液凝固。 Several physiological characters of hibernating animal change in hibernation. In order to explore the blood parameters at different period before hibernation and during hibernation of Daurian ground squirrel (Spermorlhilous dauricus ), routine blood index were analysed by BECKMAN COULTER 750 Hematology Analyzer. The results showed that leukocyte number, lymphocytes number and blood platelet number reduced in hibernation, platelet hematocrit induced in post-fattening stage and reduced to the lowest in hibernation, red blood cells and hemoglobin has no change in different stage. These results indicate that the immune response of Daurian ground squirrel is suppressed in hibernation, and lymphocytes is decreased in hibernation to protect from blood clotting.
