我国公用电话交换网在90年代经历辉煌的发展,但随着用户对业务的智能型和经济型越来越高,PSTN已经逐渐满足不了用户对多媒体业务的需求。从而一种新的业务进入我们的视野——VOIP。它在1995年萌芽,在1996年发展,在2000年技术成熟,技术成熟的过程是比较短的,但它价格低廉,能做到全球网络的互联,语音质量好,现在VOIP已经被运营商大力发展,得到了用户的认可。文章着重介绍VOIP的组网与配置。

China＇ s public switched telephone network has experienced brilliant development in the 1990s, however, with the higher business intelligence and economy, PSTN gradually cannot satisfy the users＇ multimedia services demand. Thus a new business has come into being--VOIP, which appeared in 1995, developed in 1996 and was mature in 2000. The mature process is short but its price is low and it can achieve a global network interconnection and has good voice quality. Now, VOIP has been developed by the operators and got the recognition of the users. This paper focuses on VOIP networking and configuration.
