营业厅流程再造是营业厅管理机制的变革,是使营业厅重获新生,有效适应市场需求的重要举措。在流程再造过程中,通过优化营业厅功能分区、引入体验式销售模式、营造营业厅销售氛围、创新营业厅管理方式等四大策略来提升营业厅的营销能力。
Process reengineering of business hall is the reform of business hall management mechanism and is the important measure for the business hall to be twice-born and effectively adapt to the market demand. In the process of process reengineering, four strategies were used to promote the marketing ability of the business hall, namely, optimizing the business hall functional partition, introducing experiential marketing model, creating business hall sales atmosphere and innovating business hall management mode.
