摘要
电气化改造前需要对既有铁路线上的隧道进行病害整治,病害整治施工时必须按照既有线施工规定,在"天窗"时间点内作业。为充分利用有限"天窗"时间,在京九铁路隧道整治中研发了可升降折叠作业的工程列车,在8个月的时间内完成了全部96座单双线隧道病害整治。每列工程列车由内燃机车、多台铁路轨道平板车组成,将隧道病害整治所需要的施工设备结合施工时的作业空间全部合理地配置在列车上;工程列车的作业平台分为两层,可升降、可折叠,在上面可以进行隧道钻孔、注浆、砂浆搅拌、混凝土搅拌、喷射混凝土等作业。实践证明,使用升降折叠工程列车进行隧道病害整治可提高工作效率、降低劳动强度,值得进一步推广使用。
All the defects or damaged parts of the tunnels of the existing railways have to be overcomed or repaired before they are electrically transformed.In the course of the repair work,all the repair operations have to be performed during the so-called“scuttle periods”according to the construction requirements for the existing railways.To make full use of the limited“scuttle periods”,a hoistable folding engineering train was developed during the repair construction of the tunnels of the Jing-Jiu Railway.With the help of the newly-developed engineering train,the total 9 6 single-line or double-line tunnels were successfully repaired within 8 months.Every engineering train is made up of an internal combustion locomotive and several railway track flat wagons,where all the construction equipment and devices needed for the repair work are rationally provided,and the work clearance is fully considered.The engineering train has two stories of working platforms,which are both hoistable and foldable and on which hole-boring for the tunnel,slip-casting,mortar mixing,concrete mixing,concrete-jetting,and other processes may all be performed.Practice shows that the application of the hoistable folding engineering train to the repair work of tunnels helps improve work efficiency and lower the laboring strength,and therefore,is worth further popularizing.
