摘要
目的探讨小型猪在血管介入手术中的理想麻醉方法。方法将经皮肾交感神经射频消融术的贵州小型猪16只随机分为丙泊酚麻醉组和氯胺酮麻醉组,每组8只,在麻醉过程中记录诱导时间、麻醉维持时间和苏醒时间,并对动物的心率、血压、呼吸、体温进行监测。结果丙泊酚麻醉组诱导时间(2.83±0.59)min,麻醉维持时间(89.13±6.20)min,苏醒时间(29.88±4.82)min;氯胺酮麻醉组诱导时间(4.84±0.72)min,麻醉维持时间(76.50±6.12)min,苏醒时间(43.38±4.21)min。丙泊酚麻醉组对小型猪各项生理指标的影响小于氯胺酮麻醉组(均P<0.05)。结论丙泊酚和氯胺酮均可在小型猪血管介入手术中达到满意的麻醉效果,而丙泊酚略优于氯胺酮。
Objective This study aimed to explore the ideal anesthetic methods for miniature swine in vascular interventional surgery. Methods Guizhou miniature swine, applied to percutaneous radiofrequeney ablation of renal sympathetic nerve, were randomly divided into Propofol anesthesia group and Ketamine anesthesia group. Anesthesia induction time, anesthesia duration and recovery time were recorded during anesthesia. The animal's heart rate, blood pressure, respiration rate and body temperature were also monitored. Results Induction time, anesthesia duration and recov ery time of Propofol anesthesia group and Ketamine anesthesia group were 2.83±0.59min, 89.13±6.20min, 29.88±4.82min and 4.84±0.72min, 76.50±6.12min, 43. 38±4.21min, respectively. The influence on physiological indicators of Miniature swines in Propofol anesthesia group was smaller than that of ketamine anesthesia group. Conclusion Both Propofol and Ketamine can achieve satisfactory anesthesia effect in vascular interventional surgery on miniature swine, but Propofol is slightly better than Ketamine.
