颈动脉超声在检测颈动脉病变与冠心病相关性中的应用价值 被引量:13

摘要 目的探讨颈动脉超声在检测颈动脉病变与冠心病相关性中的应用价值。方法选取149例行冠脉造影检查的患者,根据冠状动脉造影所显示冠状动脉病变情况将其分为冠心病组与非冠心病组(即正常对照组)两组,比较两组患者的动态动脉硬化指数(AASI)、颈动脉内中膜厚度(IMT)、斑块积分、斑块发生率等情况。结果冠心病组患者AASI、IMT、颈动脉斑块积分、斑块发生率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);IMT厚度、AASI、IMT、颈动脉斑块积分与冠心病之间有很好的相关性。结论颈部动脉超声检测颈动脉病变与冠心病发病有显著的正相关性,早期常规检测颈动脉IMT、AASI、颈动脉斑块积分可作为评估冠状动脉心脏病的重要指标。 Objective To explore the application of ultrasonic detection of carotid artery lesions in patients and coronary heart disease. Methods 149 patients with coronary heart disease according to the based on clinical symptoms and test results were divided into coronary heart disease group and control group. The AASI, IMT, plaque score and incidence of plaque were observed. Results AASI, IMT, carotid plaque score and carotid artery plaque incidence n coronary heart disease group were significantly higher than these in control group (P〈0.05). IMT, AASI, IMT, carotid plaque score and coronary heart disease and there had a good correlation. Conclusion Neck vascular ultrasound and coronary heart disease are significantly correlated. Early detection routine carotid IMT and AASI, carotid artery plaque score can be used as an important indicator to assess coronary heart disease.
