摘要
主动脉根部的解剖及毗邻结构远比通常认识的更为复杂,除了乏氏窦和半月瓣之外,还有窦管连接、解剖心室-动脉交界和瓣叶附着点形成的一个三叉皇冠状的环。主动脉瓣"环"这种说法是不正确的,主动脉瓣叶并非是以圆形而是以半月形附着在一个环或"瓣环"上,故传统影像学的测量方法无法真实反映主动脉瓣环的大小。对主动脉瓣环及邻近解剖结构的研究,有助于运用影像学手段对主动脉瓣环径进行准确测量,为外科或经皮主动脉瓣置换术人工瓣的选择方面提供更多的细节信息。
The anatomic and adjacent structures of aortic root are more complicated than our common opinion. The sinutubular junction, anatomic ventriculoarterial junction and aortic valve attachment point takes the form of a threepronged coronet besides coronary artery and three semilunar leaflets. It is incorrect to speak of an aortic ring. Rather than being hinged in circular fashion from a ring, or an "annulus", the leaflets of the arterial valves have semilunar attachments. The aortic annulus diameter isn't true if measurement by rout methods of medical imaging. So further research the anatomic and adjacent structures of aortic root by methods of medical imaging can more precisely measure the aortic annulus diameter and provide detailed information to both surgical and percutaneous aortic valve replacement.
