高职教学管理体制存在的问题及创新路径

Problems of Teaching Management System in Higher Vocational Colleges and Innovation Strategies

创新高职教学管理体制,培养符合社会发展需要的创新型高技能人才,是我国高等职业教育的发展重点。通过分析高职教学管理中存在的一些问题,如缺乏完善的两级教学管理体制、缺乏科学的教学管理目标体系、缺乏系统的教学管理运行机制,提出要创新高职教学管理方式,完善两级教学管理体制;明确高职人才培养目标,构建科学的教学管理目标体系;坚持以职业为导向,建立系统的教学管理运行机制。

It is the focus of the development of higher vocational education in our country to innovate higher vocational teaching management system and cultivate innovative highly skilled talents who can meet the needs of social development. Through analyzing problems in teaching management in higher vocational colleges, such as lack of perfect two-level administration system, lack of scientific aim system of teaching management, and lack of systematic operation mechanism of teaching management, this paper puts forward some strategies. Strategies include innovating higher vocational teaching management mode to perfect two-level administration sys- tem; having a clear understanding of talent cultivation aims for higher vocational education to establish scientific aim system of teaching management; adhering to the employment-oriented principle to establish systematic operation mechanism of teaching management.
